As an Operations Manager I help create innovative solutions that solve real-world problems for internal stakeholders and clients. I specialize in Support and CX Operations and project management.

Currently I’m at Brandwatch helping to build the market leading social analytics platform. I spend my time working with engineering teams and with enterprise clients to define strategic vision and product roadmap. I manage all support processes and operations for an international team of product experts.
